- Organize and builds relationships with internal and external community partners to keep in touch with various activities-
- Define and execute programs to ensure the engagement of community and expand community-
- Maintain a good relationship with internal & external community partners and KOL’s/Influencers to increase the marketing engagement.-
- Gather feedback, iterate actions through various methods to fully understand what is happening in the community and be able to make a worthy engagement with the users.-
- Responsible and taking ownership of the marketing’s OKRs related to activation and lead-generation process and results within the funnel by maximizing acquisition programs.-
- Be at the cutting edge of marketing best practices to determine areas of marketing opportunity that can improve the marketing performance and company’s growth.- Keep abreast of current offline marketing trends and stay up to date with the latest best practices in the industry.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication or any related field-
- Minimum 2 years experience in Community/Event or related fields-
- Experienced in Community & KOL/Influencer management-
- Experienced in Social Media campaign and event execution-
- Solid knowledge of community marketing to maintain conversation and engagement-
- Effective relationship management skills with an eye for detail and negotiation skill.- Flexible and independent, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environments
