- Manage end-to-end Shopee Ads operations
- Help to achieve the goal of increasing Ads managed by Shopee sellers' effectiveness
- Perform overall advertising plan; including budget optimization, cost control, SKU selection and Ads placement
- Set up, analyze and optimize Shopee Ads; Select SKUs and put keywords that are highly relevant to the product, set reasonable keyword bids and daily budget
- Optimize and achieve the best outcomes and deliverables for both sellers and Shopee
- Conduct Shopee Ads performance review and/or consultation session with sellers
- Conduct 1-on-1 coaching and education sessions with sellers who wanted to opt out from Ads managed by Shopee to ensure knowledge sharing and help sellers to be able to manage Shopee Ads independently

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree from any major, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Minimum of 1-year proven experience in digital agency, marketing agency, or e-commerce would be a plus
- Outstanding analytical skills and comfortable with analyzing large scale data sets
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good team player, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn
- Familiar with the use of Office software, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in English is preferred
- Strong sense of responsibility, careful and patient
