- Strong knowledge of chocolate production processes, machinery, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
