We are a start-up E-commerce company registered in the US and have been established since 2015. Although we are the US registered, we have several base-camps in several countries, such as Indonesia, Philippine, Taiwan, and China. Our product is mainly about housewares, from the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, Pet-related products, and other daily use. We sell those products mostly through Amazon US and Canada. We also have several products of our own that we sell in Amazon too, from electric toothbrushes to bubble makers for children toys.

Our company's culture is about working with style, meaning we have flexible working time but are still responsible for the task given. We are currently want to expand our influence in Indonesia and need people who could help us with the expansion.

This position is available for full timer, and internship and/or Fresh graduate. For internship we welcome you for 6 month of internship and junior position upon finishing the internship position. In case that you don’t have any experience we will give you in training position to make sure you can do the job well and able to have promotion as soon as possible to junior or even senior level.

**Job description**:

- Finding suppliers and products that match the specification from the Research and Development department.
- Contacting suppliers through Chinese e-commerce websites
- Ensuring manufacturing process goes well (coordinating with Chinese warehouse staff)
- Asking for quotation and negotiating price
- Helping our Chinese warehouse to arrange orders and samples
- Arranging Purchase Orders, Proforma Invoice and Invoice
- Analyze basic product research
- Arranging shipments of products (mostly samples)
- Translating instructions and documents. (Chinese to English and English to Chinese)
- Working as a bridge of communication between Indonesian staff and Chinese warehouse staff

**Requirements**:

- English and Mandarin is a MUST (minimum level of Mandarin is HSK4)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn
- Attention to details
- Excellent communication skill
- Negotiation skill
- Good organization and time management skill

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: Rp2,000,000 - Rp4,000,000 per month
