- Monitor laboratory activity, tasks, and budget utility for units and give approval for items purchase or requisition and arrange monthly unit laboratory meeting
- Develop plan for technology socialization and socialize or provide updates on Clonal Technology services to potential client such as working group and potential collaborators
- List and register Clonal Technology services, release analysis or services report, approve utilization of new procedure or protocols, and design template and standard for each service report
- Develop methods, protocols, new technology acquisition, and new services related to plant tissue culture
- Develop specific training program for laboratory specialist to improve technical capacity by collaborating with Head of Quality and Process Standardization
- Summarize annual activity and development program for Clonal Technology
- Assure that the Clonal Technology Laboratory can always provide it services by maintaining the laboratory process, instruments, and man power
