**Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab**:
1. Menyusun rencana kerja proyek beserta sasaran kerja yang akan dicapai.
2. Menyelesaikan rancangan anggaran biaya proyek.
3. Memantau dan mengevaluasi kegiatan pelaksanaan proyek.
4. Melakukan evaluasi akhir biaya proyek secara menyeluruh terhadap RAB dan menyusun laporan akhir biaya proyek.
5. Mengelola sumber daya untuk mendukung _project schedule_.
6. Menganalisa kebutuhan dan pemakaian material maupun peralatan.
7. Mengontrol penggunaan peralatan _safety_.
8. Mengevaluasi dan menganalisa penggunaan anggaran proyek untuk optimalisasi keuuntungan.
9. Menganalisa hasil kegiatan pelaksanaan proyek untuk melihat kesesuaian antara rencana dan realisasi.
10. Mengambil langkah koreksi bila terjadi penyimpangan dalam pelaksanaan proyek dengan segera.
11. Menjamin keselamatan, keamanan, dan kebersihan lingkungan kerja selama pelaksanaan proyek.
12. Membuat dan mengendalikan _cash flow_ proyek yang dikerjakan.
13. Membuat laporan kegiatan proyek, laporan bulanan yang menyangkut aspek realisasi, _progress_, dan keluhan dari konsumen.
14. Memastikan aset yang ada di proyek terpelihara dengan baik.
15. Melaksanakan, mensosialisasikan, mengembangkan dan mengendalikan penerapan peraturan tata tertib, sistem, dan prosedur proyek.
16. Mengendalikan dan memastukan pelaksanaan kegiatan proyek berjalan sesuai dengan target biaya, mutu, waktu dan _safety_.
17. Mengatur dan mengkoordinasikan bawahan dan rekan kerja dalam satu tim.
**Kualifikasi Pekerjaan**:
1. Minimal Diploma Sederajat.
2. Berpengalaman dalam bidang Project 2 tahun.
3. Keterampilan komunikasi yang baik.
4. Kemampuan dalam teknik supervisi.
5. Jujur, bersih, rajin dan terampil, cekatan dan bertanggung jawab.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

- S1 (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Project Management: 2 years (preferred)
