As a Production Manager you need to plan, manage and control the production process to achieve the production volume target and ensure the production processes comply with TCCC requirement (KORE - QSE), Government regulation, and international standard. Make sure production operation is running smoothly with an uninterrupted process with high productivity, efficiency, and efficient cost.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage & ensure production planning is executed & match with the production planning from SC Planning team (raw material, machine & other facilities readiness, manpower), with efficient & effective
- Ensure resource readiness for the production process (Incl. workers, machine, raw materials and production hours)
- Ensure autonomous maintenance process is conducted regarding maintenance plan and procedure.
- Making sure that the process and product quality inspection are done based on the procedures and TCCC standard
- To conduct trial and process of validation for any New Product/Package Development, in coordination with National SC Commercialization & National Quality
- Ensure that all waste and environment management implementation is conducted and align with company regulation
**Education Background**:
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Chemical/Industrial/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Biology, Food Technology, Pharmacy
**Professional Experience**:
- Min. 5 - 7 years of working experience in Manufacturing and having experience for 3 years leading a complex team
- Having experience in FMCG or Beverage industry is preferable
**Qualifications / Certifications**:
- Having knowledge of Lean Concept with Green belt Certification
- Familiar with Food Safety concept & implementation
