Our client based in Canggu, are looking for a **Junior Project Supervisor** to join their dynamic team in the construction industry. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience and grow within the construction field.
- Supervise and oversee the day-to-day operations on the construction site to ensure projects are executed efficiently and according to the planned schedule.
- Visit and monitor multiple project sites to analyze progress, identify potential issues, and provide solutions.
- Prepare and submit regular project reports, including site progress, potential delays, and other important updates.
- Collaborate with the senior project team to ensure smooth coordination and timely completion of projects.
- Assist in troubleshooting any problems that arise during the construction process.
- Occasionally use your personal scooter to visit sites if the company scooter is unavailable.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willing to travel to construction sites and check/monitor ongoing projects regularly.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a fast-paced working environment.
- Having a scooter (personal vehicle) is preferred for site visits when necessary.

**What We Offer**:

- **Salary**: IDR 4,000,000 - IDR 5,000,000 Nett per month.
- **Work Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with Indonesian Public Holiday.
- **BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Tenaga Kerja** after probation period.
- Opportunity to work in a professional and supportive team, with room for growth and development.
