- Ensure effective and efficient administration of daily data centre operations, including queue management, 24/7 shift arrangement, and hardware logistics.
- Manage the performance of the teams of data centre operation professionals.
- Ascertain that all operational KPIs and metrics are tracked and met.
- Encourage and direct advancements in teamwork, technological innovation, and automation
- Control and enhance the throughput and work-flows for data centre operations.
- Be passionate about the quality and quantity of services being provided, and continuously strive to improve our Customer Experience

**Key Requirements**:

- Knowledge of data center MEP Infrastructure: Power, Cooling & Facilities Management
- In-depth knowledge on data center operations, processes and continuous processes improvement
- Minimum 5 years of people management experience with direct reports as their performance manager
- ITIL Foundation, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma and/or Risk related certifications
- Data Center related certification - CDCP/S/E, CDCMP/TP would be preferred
