**About The Role**:
GA role is responsible for every operational activity within a company. The position covers management assistance mainly for the whole business activities.
**What You’ll Do**:
Office and facilities
- Building and facilities management, including building maintenance, building permits, building rental, ensuring all facilities are updated, in good working condition and fit for purpose, etc.
- Office relocations and renovation as required by business
- Ensure the security, cleanliness and tidiness of the office area
- Supervise Secretaries, Office Helpers and Securities.
Assets and operational supplies
- Responsible for office assets and supplies that meet the quantity and quality expectations of the organization (such as laptop, stationary, printer, etc.)
- Record and safe-keeping of assets, inventory and restock when needed.
- Ensuring asset status and location are correct;
- Liaise with HR to provide company assets to employees during onboarding and ensure any returned equipment has been returned upon the offboarding process.
- Ensure that all assets are well-maintained, insured and damages to assets are claimed on time.
Medical and Employee affairs
- Liaise with medical insurance provider to register new staff, leavers, claims and cancellation of policies
- Distribute insurance card and socialize any updates to employees
- Explain and provide information on all insurance plans to stakeholders as required
**What You’ll Need**:
- Min 4 years of experience handling GA & Office Management in tech startup environment
- Experience in asset management: proper asset record keeping at multiple office locations
- Customer obsession: you truly believe that GA’s level of satisfaction in each department is your most important success metric
- Data driven: you use valid data as your source of truth
- Continuous improvement mindset: you believe that our employees’ experience is one of the most important things and you commit to continuously improving it
