What will you be doing?

Maintains a safe environment and identifies and eliminates safety hazards to Mall staff, tenants and customers.
Supports preparation for emergency and disaster response.
Performs Condition Assessments (either personally or with the assistance of consultants) to assist in the development of long-range capital plans and budgets.
Able to identification tool malfunction and doing improvement.
Responsible and maintenance for mall operational including parking, security, housekeeping & landscape.
Performs other tasks as assigned.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Extensive knowledge of mall operational management
- Strong business acumen and good technical knowledge of mall & property management
- Minimum have 5 years experiences at the same field (hotel, mall, building).
- Good communication skill.
- Enable to work in team.
- Able to build good relationships with government
- Able to be trusted with confidential and sensitive company information
