- Main responsibility include these area:
- Healthiness 3Store (by maintaining cost ratio)
- Customer Experience
- Process Excellence People development and Management**Detail Job Responsibilities**
1. Store Cost Ratio (Healthiness)- To assist on monitor & control stores cost spent activity & utilities and the operational cost (OPEX) accordingly. The cost cover in this area are people cost, store cost, equipment cost, others related cost that effected the cost ratio achievement within the store area or certain activities attached to his/her stores’ responsibility.
- To supervise all 3Store Supervisor or people assign to handle certain Store to run/execute & implement the tactical activities on ground event (out-Stores) & in-store.
- To support overall strategy and the achievement of several related Stores target to improve store experience with agreed & effective target cost ratio, customer education program and satisfactory experience.
- 2. Store Customers’ Experience- Store Service Delivery Excellence by ensuring daily all Stores operations under his/her responsibilities align with HQ Policy and Goal, brand & customer experience strategy.
- To provide, deliver & conduct the delight experience of customers with consultancy approach for every visitor (customers or/and potential customers) at 3Store.
- To maintain stores overall look and feel and ambience to support the H3I brand strategy.

3. Process Excellence- To execute, provide post analysis & compelling recommendation on any on ground event (out-store) that relates to the store coverage with effective program achievement. To execute according to the process and agreed empowerment and authority.- 4. People Development & Management- Execute proper & compelling performance management for the supervisor and ensure front liners regular performance review executed accordingly
- To maintain good relationship with vendor agent.
People arrangement with vendor agent & HRD has to be complied

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Retail and Service area
- Min. Bachelor degree
- Strong customer orientation and excellent communication as well as presentation skills.
- Enjoy the collaboration with lots of parties
- High Commitment to ensure both operational and strategic about store are managed well
- Has experience in managing team as this role will supervise lots of managed services team
- Technical Proficiency: Advance Ms Excel, Ms Office, Power Point, Budget Management
- Willing to work mobile and visit store everday to ensure the service agent and gerai's performance
- Office in Bintaro
