Tanggung Jawab

**Job descriptions**:
**1. Planning and Strategy**: Develop and Implement an annual audit plan based on the organization’s risk assessment and internal control framework. Determine the scope, objectives, and methodologies for each audit engagement.

**2. Audit Execution**: Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of controls, risk management, and compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Review financial records, operational processes, and systems to identify control weaknesses, process inefficiencies, and areas of non-compliance.

**3. Risk Assessment**: Evaluate the organization’s risk profile and identify emerging risks. Assess the adequacy of risk mitigation strategies and control measures. Provide recommendations to improve risk management practices and internal controls.

**4. Compliance and Governance**: Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Monitor changes in regulations and assess their impact on the organization. Advise management on governance best practices and assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.

**5. Reporting and Communication**: Prepare audit reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and management responses. Communicate audit results to senior management and the Audit Committee. Track and monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.

**6. Team Management**: Supervise and manage a team of internal auditors. Assign audit engagement, provide guidance, and conduct performance evaluations. Mentor and develop the skills of team members.

**7. Stakeholder Engagement**: Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, business unit and external auditors. Collaborate with other departments to enhance coordination and facilitate the resolution of audit issues.
