**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:

- Design Learning Program/Curriculum for English Grade 1 - 6 of Kinderfield School and its affiliation
- Make Syllabus, Lesson Plan, Yearly & Semester Plan, Worksheet, Exam Paper, and other teaching materials
- Evaluate the Program/Curriculum regularly
- Observe classes regularly to see the implementation of the curriculum
- Update and revise the Program/Curriculum regularly
- Give regular professional development and/or curriculum update to teachers
- Communicate changes and updates in program/curriculum to teachers and conduct trainings regarding the updates
- Maintain continuous personal growth (skills, attitude, mindset, etc.)
- Administrative works (Routine reports, documentation, files and folders uploads via Google Drive, etc.)
