We are start up waste management company is looking for:
**FINANCIAL CONTROLLER**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Accounting & Financial Reporting** - Manage daily bookkeeping & financial reports (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
- **Team Management** - Lead, train, and develop the finance team.
- **Internal Control & Risk Management** - Ensure compliance with regulations & optimize financial control systems.
- **Financial Planning & Budgeting** - Manage cash flow, budgeting, & financial strategy, aligned with overall budgeting & forecasting cycle.
- **Finance Control for Operations**- Ensure the efficient and effectiveness of the operations, and meet the target.
- Performance monitoring of Manufacturing & supply chain.
- Additional controller duties as necessary.

**Job Requirements**:

- Min. Degree holder majoring in accounting, finance or relevant field with more than 7 - 12 years of relevant working experience.
- Prior experience in Manufacturing or waste management industry is an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles and best practices.
- Collaborative approach to leadership including managing teams.
- Strong analytical skills, problem solving and decision making.
- Excellent planning, organization and time management.
- Exceptional levels of communication both written and verbal along with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to implement strategy and drive change.
- Hands-on, driven and influential leader.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sidoarjo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
