**General Management & Performance Tracking**
- ** Managing financial resources**: to effectively manage the financial resources, including its budget, investment portfolio, and debt; through process, system, and manpower planning.
- ** Internal financial management**: to ensure that financial goals are being met and that the company is operating in a financially responsible manner, including system and processes.
- ** Analyzing and reporting on financial performance**: to analyze the financial performance of the organization and providing regular reports to senior management and the board of directors.
- ** Building relationships with external stakeholders**: to manage relationships with investors and other external financial partners, such as investors, banks, financial institutions, and accounting firms.

**What You Will Need**
- Accounting/Finance degree from university or equivalent and minimum of 7 - 10 years experience as a Controller or Senior Managerial role of Finance in reputable tech services industry.
- Strong fundamental and grip of PSAK and Indonesian FAT regulations, CPA or CMA certification is strongly preferred.
- Prior extensive experience in managing c-level relationships, effectively partnering across divisions in the company.
- Well-versed communicator in presenting critical information to leadership and to individuals without a financial background. Prior exposure to investors and investor relations a plus.
- Well-versed in analyzing complex processes, data and solutioning with strong benchmarking improvement mindset.
- Fluent in spreadsheets, accounting software, and financial management systems.
- Strong grip of compliance requirements of companies, auditing and experience of its fulfillment.
- Strong network of external relationships that can be leveraged for the role is a big plus.
