Our fast-growing edtech client in Asia is looking for an **Enterprise Sales Manager** for Indonesia with experience in selling IT Training solutions.

Location: Indonesia (Remote 100%)

Work Hours: Day Shift

**Salary**: 2,000 - 2,500 USD

**About the Role**

As the Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to boost sales and profitability by leading a sales team providing guidance, training, and mentorship.

**What to expect from the role**
- You will help the company build its presence in the Philippines
- You will be responsible for creating and managing a team of Enterprise sales executives.
- You will coach and manage a team of multi-tiered Account Executives and Sales Development representatives to hit the company's revenue goals.
- Monitor and refine processes, metrics, and tools to maximize success on the sales team
**Qualifications**
- Must have at least eight (8) years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on IT training solutions.
- Proven experience building and motivating sales teams, growing a pipeline of new customers, and increasing revenue targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
