We connect farmers, micro collectors, and retailers through our innovative platform, enabling them to buy, sell, and farm more efficiently and sustainably. At Jiva, we believe in the power of technology to create positive change and transform the lives of the people who need it most. Join us in our mission to revolutionise the agricultural sector and improve the livelihoods of millions.Jiva’s services encompass personalised agronomy advisory, selling agricultural inputs, providing micro-financing for inputs, and purchasing harvest directly from farmers. We do this through an on-ground network of micro collectors and retailers, supported by our digital platforms. Our team spans across Indonesia, Singapore, and India.**Purpose of Position**
- As a Growth and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team tasked with growing our network of farmers and partners (micro collectors and retailers), and ensuring that are engaged and retained while working with Jiva. This role will require you to develop and execute both Offline Marketing and Digital Marketing strategies across multiple operating areas in Indonesia, and work to optimise the end to end customer lifecycle; Acquisition, Activation, Retention, and Reengagement.This is a senior role within the growth organisation at Jiva. You will lead a team of 30+ across offline and digital marketing streams, and will answer directly to the head of growth for Jiva. You will be expected to provide strategic recommendations for the structure and growth of the team, and will run performance and appraisal review cycles for the team, and ensure that all team members are growing in their roles.**Responsibilities**
:Develop and execute Offline Marketing and Digital Marketing strategies and campaigns to grow our network of farmers and partners, including through events, promotion schemes, social media content, in-app, websites, SEO and a range of other channels. All strategies should be developed with the consideration that the target audience is rural farming communities.
-Refine the brand messaging and communication strategies for our farmer, micro collector, and retailer customers
-Manage and mentor a national team spread across multiple provinces in Indonesia to execute campaigns, as well further developing the Growth department and function within the company.
-Manage vendors and agencies to execute the campaigns at scale.
-Manage the budget of the department, ensuring that spend is optimized for maximum impact.
-Optimise the acquisition and activation funnel to improve CAC and overall activation and retention rates
-Provide local context and insights about the field condition while working closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, Research) to ensure successful implementation of relevant Growth strategy.
-Track key growth metrics and use data to make decisions.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and bring new ideas to the table

**Requirements**:
At least 7 years of relevant working experience in a Tech company or FMCG company
-At least 3 years experience managing teams greater than 10 people and working with cross-functional teams
-Experience managing a marketing budget of $1M
-Experience in handling marketing for rural target market, low-income earners or micro/small businesses (MSMEs) would be preferred
-Experience developing and executing strategies for Mobile App adoption and activation
-Experience in managing digital marketing across web, performance, social, and search channels
-Experience in managing offline marketing teams
-Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
-Strong understanding of both Offline Marketing and Digital Marketing channel best practices and emerging trends
-Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
-Strong analytical skills and ability to use and transform data to make decisions
-Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
-Fluency (or at least business proficiency) in both English and Bahasa Indonesian is a must
