The **Sales Executive (Sleep)** plays a critical role in promoting and supporting our cutting-edge medical diagnostics and therapy equipment, building strong relationships with medical professionals, and driving business growth. Your work will directly impact healthcare providers and contribute to better patient outcomes by offering innovative sleep health solutions.

**What You Do**
- **Drive Sales Growth**: Prospect, develop, and execute sales strategies to expand the sleep division and increase market share.
- **Product Demonstrations**: Present and demonstrate our range of sleep health equipment to healthcare professionals, showcasing their benefits and features.
- **Build Relationships**: Establish and maintain strong connections with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and medical professionals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through ongoing product support.
- **Sales Strategy & Planning**: Manage the sales strategy for your product portfolio, including sales mapping, pre-call planning, and post-sales follow-up.
- **Market Intelligence**: Provide competitor insights and market information to assist the Sales Manager in refining sales and marketing strategies.
- **Healthcare Facility Engagement**: Engage with hospitals, clinics, emergency departments, and operating theatres to drive adoption of our sleep solutions.
- **Travel Requirements**: Regular travel to visit both government and private hospitals in key cities across Indonesia, including **Jakarta**, **Tangerang**, **Bekasi**, **Depok**, and **Bogor**, to promote and support the adoption of our sleep health products.

**Who You Are**
- **Educational Background**: You have a minimum tertiary qualification in Biomedical Engineering, Business, Science, or a related field.
- **Experience**: You bring minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry (medical device/pharma), with a strong track record of success and network within government sector.
- **Motivated & Results-Driven**: You are highly motivated, possess a positive “Can-Do” attitude, and are driven to achieve sales targets.
- **Effective Communicator**: You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken, and are adept at presenting complex medical concepts in a clear, engaging manner.
- **Team Player**: While you thrive in a collaborative environment, you are also able to work independently and take initiative.
- **Travel Flexibility**: Willingness and ability to travel frequently within **Jakarta**, **Tangerang**, **Bekasi**, **Depok**, and **Bogor**, ensuring coverage of key healthcare facilities.
