**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with the other phase lead regarding instructor allocation, and assist new instructors in the adjustment process in that phase.
- Oversee the learning process in that phase.
- Resolving student academic issues such as cheating, failing, etc. by implementing the right tools and problem-solving initiatives at the right time.
- Ensure the availability of live code challenges from the curriculum team, collect results, coordinate with graders and ensure live code results on time.
- Lead a discussion about student grading with other instructors.
- Oversee the analysis and dissemination of relevant student data, and use this to set realistic but challenging targets for staff and students.
- Report problems experienced by students to the student center team.
- Provide information, as necessary, to the Branch Manager, Program Lead, parents, and other instructors about the student's progress, and exam results.
- Work closely with branch manager by Coordinating and monitoring day-to-day operations of classes e.g. equipment, rooms etc., and managing the implementation of teaching support tools such as a buddy system in order to ensure every class runs smoothly.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information System, or other related disciplines.
- 2+ years of experience, preferably in programming, web development, IT education, or IT operations.
- Proficient in full stack software development especially based on JavaScript Framework
- Proficient in basics of software development (e.g. engineering mindset, logic, math, algorithm, data structure, frameworks, design patterns, etc.)
- Team-oriented and people management skills
- Having experience in teaching is a plus
- Willing to work as a full-time instructor
- Ready for limited offline teaching (PTM terbatas) as needed
