**Role Profile and Purpose**:The Operations Manager would be responsible for deploying and improving Cove's operations procedures to ensure all co-living buildings run smoothly and our tenants have a great experience.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Structuring, deploying, monitoring, and improving operations standard facilities management protocols, operating procedures, service level agreements
- Researching, implementing, deploying, and monitoring key operations-related tech/systems
- On-boarding new properties into the Cove portfolio
- Dealing with all maintenance issues reported by tenants
- Ensuring tenants are checked-in and out of their properties
- Tracking and reporting key KPI metrics for the operations team in relation to both the teams' internal performance and the performance of external vendors
- Support the Director in assessing the viability and implementation of more complex ad hoc projects (ie. furniture sourcing and logistics, in-housing or outsourcing of key vendors/functions, country/sector/market research & analysis, etc.)
- Support the Director in the day-to-day management, recruitment, and performance monitoring of the operations team
- Liaise effectively with other teams within Cove (ie. real estate, marketing, etc.)
- Managing facilities management staff at our co-living buildings

**Experience and Qualifications Required**:
**Essential**
- An undergraduate degree in any field (business-related is a bonus)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facilities management, hospitality, asset management, construction or related industry
- Must have some experience managing facilities in the retail/hospitality sector
- Excellent project management, organization, and writing skills

**Preferred**
- Experience working in an early-stage start-up
- People management
