**Job Descriptions**:
- Gather client requirements and implement the system
- Provide consultancy for a client on best practices in Performance Management Talent Management and Recruitment
- Collaborate with clients to design and implement Performance Management ,Talent Management, and Recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients to enhance understanding and adoption of Performance Management, Talent Management, and Recruitment best practices
- Report to the manager about client needs and problems regularly
**Requirements/Qualifications**:
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience handling Performance Management, Talent Management, or having experience in an HRIS company
- Required skill(s): Knowledgeable of People Development, Performance Management, Talent Management, Project Management
- Good analysis
- Good presentation skill
- Comfortable with meeting clients
- Fast learner and independent
- Having good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Able to work under pressure
