Growth**Senior Digital Activation Specialist**:

- Adept at using data drawn from tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, CleverTap, and other analytics platforms, to draw insights about Jiva’s customers, they will drive experiments using InstaPage, CleverTap, and AppsFlyer, and collaborate closely with Jiva’s product team, to trial incremental improvements, before they are implemented holistically.- **Key Accountabilities**Design and run experiments to increase app activation rates, and feature usage; reporting on these to the growth team and broader audiences
-Co-development and distribution of marketing campaigns / promotions, and business updates through in-app and external messaging channels (SMS, WA), including planning, creating content, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting, and optimization
-Analyze campaign and in-app performance and trends, producing/presenting reports to understand effectiveness and ROI; recommend courses of action
Management of Jiva’s CleverTap instance, including the creation and maintenance of events, reports, dashboards, funnels, journeys, and other functions to increase automation and analytics capabilities of Jiva
-Collaborate with product, operations, and design teams across Jiva to drive awareness around specific features (new and existing) or rule changes

**Competencies**Strong data analytics skills, high proficiency with excel, data studio or other data analytics platform experience is a must, SQL is a plus
-Extensive experience in the setup and tracking of cohort analysis and customer segmentation for digital products and services
-Strong understanding of events-based trigger systems for digital marketing, promotions, and communication
-Fluency with CleverTap in-app messaging and analytics platform, or similar platforms
-Strong project management skills (planning, managing deadlines and objectives, delivering recommendations) and experience driving projects end-to-end
-Ability to design marketing materials using Figma, Adobe Suite or similar is a plus
-Native Bahasa Indonesia speaker, and strong “professional/business” English language proficiency (written and spoken)

**Qualifications & Experience**Bachelors degree in marketing / media and communications / digital media, or other relevant degree
-4+ years’ experience working on in-app marketing and “app activation”, or similar digital experience such as website activation and optimisation
-Experienced in driving experimentation loops (including A/B), including designing and running experiments to track improvement in app / website / feature usage rates
-Experience working in start-ups and small teams. This is an executing role with limit support

**Key Performance Indicators & Conduct Requirements**:
Increase in-app usage and MAU rates for the existing user base across Jiva’s products and services
-Improve current retention rates, and size of installed user base across Jiva’s products and services
-Experimentation delivery and tracking
-PIC for in-app, on website, and external messaging channels (SMS, WA) and communication
