Dia adalah mitra utama Boutique Manager dan membantunya untuk mengoperasikan serta memaksimalkan kinerja butik dengan standar layanan yang tinggi untuk mencapai tujuan Butik. Dia bertanggung jawab dalam menjaga Citra brand dan memperlihatkan nilai-nilai brand kepada pelanggan dan rekan kerja. **TANGGUNG JAWAB UTAMA**:
MANAJEMEN ORANG (PEOPLE MANAGEMENT)
- Berkontribusi untuk mengelola tim dan memastikan tingkat semangat dan energi tim yang baik
- Membantu dalam menetapkan KPI individu yang realistis untuk tim
- Membantu dalam melatih dan mengembangkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan semua anggota tim dalam menggunakan peralatan Dior dan materi pelatihan
- Menjadi dan memberi contoh pada semua aktivitas dan aturan butik
- Membuat rekomendasi untuk pengembangan anggota tim (mengembangkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan semua anggota tim, pelatihan satu per satu) dan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pelatihan anggota tim

MANAJEMEN BISNIS (BUSINESS MANAGEMENT)
- Mendorong dan memantau kinerja bisnis, dan mengelola aktivitas komersial setiap hari dengan bantuan indikator kinerja (KPI)
- Membantu dalam menetapkan dan memantau target penjualan anggota tim
- Secara aktif mendukung implementasi dan kesuksesan rencana peluncuran Dior dan animation yang menghidupkan toko

PENGALAMAN KLIEN (CLIENT EXPERIENCE)
- Menjual produk Dior dengan memenuhi kebutuhan klien dan memberikan pengalaman yang tidak terlupakan kepada klien dengan memberikan standar layanan yang tinggi dalam aktivitas penjualan dengan mengikuti metode brand D.I.O.R.
- Mencapai target penjualan ritel dan berkontribusi pada butik dan KPI layanan setiap bulannya
- Mendidik pelanggan tentang brand dan produk Dior

MANAJEMEN KLIEN (CLIENT MANAGEMENT)
- Berkontribusi untuk menanamkan pola pikir yang berpusat pada klien dan layanan dalam tim
- Secara proaktif mengusulkan dan melaksanakan kegiatan yang berlangsung di dalam toko dan jarak jauh untuk mendorong lalu lintas transaksi di toko, merekrut pelanggan baru, membangun loyalitas pelanggan, dan memberikan layanan terbaik
- Mengelola bersama dan memandu tim dalam aktivitas klien dan CRM, termasuk penggunaan alat secara efektif

MANAJEMEN OPERASI & PELAPORAN (OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT & REPORTING)
- Membantu mengatur dan mengelola jadwal sesuai dengan aktivitas tim dan butik
- Secara aktif mendukung administrasi dan pengelolaan butik sehari-hari
- Membantu dalam pembukaan dan penutupan Butik
- Memiliki tanggung jawab:

- Memastikan implementasi prosedur penjualan, mesin kasir, kas dan manajemen stok
- Mengelola stok secara efektif (quantities and merchandising guidelines) dan memastikan keakuratan inventaris barang
- Memastikan kepatuhan operasional di butik (iPos, prosedur kasir )
- Memastikan kesehatan dan keselamatan tim dikelola dan sejalan dengan pedoman
- Memastikan pedoman merchandising visual diterapkan dengan standar tertinggi

**KUALIFIKASI DAN KOMPETENSI**:
PENGALAMAN KERJA
- Diperlukan 3+ tahun pengalaman ritel, lebih diutamakan dengan pengalaman manajemen mínimal 1 tahun, dan lebih diutamakan di lingkungan luxury retail
- Memiliki track-record yang terbukti dalam mencapai hasil penjualan dan profitabilitas
- Memiliki bukti rekor kerja di lingkungan luxury retail
- Memiliki pengalaman berkontribusi dan berpartisipasi menyelenggarakan acara brand bergengsi yang direncanakan dengan baik dan sukses (akan menjadi nilai tambah)
