**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with.NET technologies, including proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely to individuals with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Demonstrated experience as an IT Trainer in prior roles and passion for teaching and helping others develop their skills and knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) are a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with other programming languages and frameworks, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Trainer: 5 years (preferred)
