We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our dedicated sales team in Surabaya. Our team in Surabaya are responsible for identifying, building, managing, and converting a new business pipeline for prospective clients across Surabaya & surrounding regions.

**Position Overview**

Sales Executives are responsible for negotiating, selling and managing relationships with new and existing clients. In addition, Sales Executives are fiscally responsible for each of their insurance accounts and are sales as well as clients maintenance focused.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Develop and leading the effective management of MMB sales pipeline in Surabaya by developing & executing a sustainable plan, going to market strategy and evaluation of sales after services to maximize growth potential
- Coordinates with MMB line heads in Jakarta on the execution of marketing and public relations efforts including but not limited to surveys, sales campaigns, client forums, seminars, press releases, information on new products/solutions, competition, markets, and trends.
- Leading the development and delivery of proposals and presentations to prospects in order to articulate our understanding of specific risk issues and how our solutions and services can address specific issues
- Submit of sales reports and the appropriate utilization of MarshForce, MercerForce and tools (prospect list, funnel, dashboard, and sales activity reports)
- Coordinates Employee Health and Benefits sales activities across Marsh & McLennan Companies to maximize cross selling opportunities in Surabaya
- Help assisting in management of client/accounts and end-to-end client relationship management
- Coordination with other colleagues within and other departments in order to provide solutions to clients
- Involve in claims support and other administration duties as required
- Drafting due diligence reports and presentations, which may include qualitative and quantitative insurance market/product findings;

**We will count on you to**:

- Develop and leading the effective management of MMB sales pipeline in Surabaya by developing a sustainable plan, going to market strategy and evaluation of sales after services.
- Responsible in developing and executing the strategy for cultivating relationships with New clients and existing MMB clients in Surabaya
- Plans and executes a consistent schedule of sales meetings in Surabaya markets.
- Coordinates with MMB line heads in Jakarta on the execution of marketing and public relations efforts including but not limited to surveys, sales campaigns, client forums, seminars, press releases, information on new products/solutions, competition, markets, and trends.

- Works with MMB Sales Leader, other country Sales Leaders to develop and execute local and Market sales practice initiatives.

**What we would like to you to have**:

- Must have at least 2-5 years employee benefits/health insurance or insurance broking experience
- Relevant work experience as sales or marketing in insurance related areas
- Ability to network and create sales leads
- Ability to influence and close prospecting opportunities
- Proven track record of being self motivated and a self starter
- Ability to analyze and interpret quotes and plan designs
- Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, with internal and external parties
- Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with carriers, peers and clients
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
