- Merancang dan menguji peningkatan proses dan sistem proses baru serta memastikan proses memenuhi standar keselematan dan kualitas yang ditetapkan.
- Melakukan simulasi proses dan pemecahan masalah teknologi produksi
- Merancang dan menyusun preventive maintanance mesin produksi dan troubleshooting bila diperlukan dengan memperhatikan aspek downtime
- Membuat P&ID/layout terkait proses dan fasilitas produksi, bila diperlukan
- Merancang desain, RAB, serta URS bersama dengan vendor untuk menentukan teknologi produksi untuk mencapai output maksimal
- Mengelola dan memimpin tim maintanance, berkoordinasi dengan divisi terkait dan memastikan kesiapan lini produksi serta mengatur alokasikan manpower sesuai dengan perkiraan bebas kerja
- Mengimplementasikan dan memonitoring sistem TPM diarea produksi sehingga tercipta konsistensi
- Berkoordinask dengan vendor eksternal bisal terdapat pemeliharaan mesin/sistem yang menggunakan jasa eksternal
- Menyiapkan safety stock peralatann/sparepart serta memelihara kartu stock untuk reactive maintanance
- Berkontribusi untuk project automation perusahaan
