**Digital Marketing**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, and others to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies encompassing search engines, website, and e-commerce platforms.
- Conduct in-depth market research, analyze competitor activities, and gain deep customer insights to optimize marketing efforts and identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with overall business objectives.
- Oversee SEO/SEM strategies to enhance website traffic, search engine visibility, and overall website performance.
- Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget to achieve maximum ROI and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Partner with the content team to create engaging and impactful content that resonates with target audiences.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key metrics (conversion rates, traffic growth, etc.) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1+ years of proven success in managing and executing high-performing digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team effectively.
- Deep expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing.
- Proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) with a strong focus on maximizing ROI.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously,
