- Responsible for follow up and seek guidance from owner’s tax department and (or) tax consultant on any regulation, calculation, and implementation in Park Hyatt Jakarta.
- Responsible for timely payment of weekly and monthly regular vendor invoices, and ad hoc
- urgent invoices.
- Responsible to check all invoices and its supporting document, ensure vendor bank account is correct, and are free from fraud.
- Responsible to check vendor form and it’s supporting documents, it’s compliance to hotel SOP, and vendor account creation in finance and purchasing system
- Responsible for approval routing of all documents related to vendor and invoices on timely basis.
- Responsible for Journal preparation related to expenses, purchases, and inventory on timely basis.
- Responsible for timely review and follow up on accrual balance sheet schedule.
- Responsible to perform month end closing, it’s report, and expense analysis on timely basis.
- Responsible to involve in operating equipment count, or inventory count as directed by management.
- Responsible to perform regular review of vendor account in Finance and purchasing system.
- Responsible to ensure compliance to Park Hyatt Jakarta PnP, Hyatt Global PnP, and Indonesia Accounting regulation.
- To be flexible and willing to do other task in Finance and purchasing area as directed by Director of Finance / and Assistant Director of Finance.
- Responsible to assist any audit requirement as directed by management.
- Maintain good manner and good attitude at all time during employment with Park Hyatt Jakarta.
- Responsible to maintain good working ethic, and to not involve in any fraud or bribery practice in any kind.
- Responsible to search sources to update the management regarding any changes in accounting policy, bank, tax, and government regulation related to vendor.
- Responsible to keep confidentiality of all financial data and will not provide any financial data to other department, institution, or other company without prior approval from Director of Finance or Assistant Director of Finance.

**Qualifications**:

- Indonesian Nationality with a degree in University ( S1) Accounting
- Has minimum 2 (Two) years experience in a similar position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel Chain
- Previous experience in Luxury Hotel or international experience are advantages
- Strong in leadership, Responsible, Meticulous, Focus and hardworking
- Has excellent attention to detail is a must
- Microsoft Excel savvy
- Having Certificate in tax Brevet A & B is preferred
- Able to Work in a fast pace environment with minimum supervision
- Excellent English communication skills, strong guest service mindset and people management & development skills
