Marketing department in PT Schroder Investment Management Indonesia is under Client Group. Currently, the team consists of Head of Marketing (1 person) and Marketing & Communication Executive (1 person).

**Overview of role**

Marketing & Communication Executive is a permanent role which is responsible to support Head of Marketing to initiate, drive, lead and implement marketing and communication strategy in alignment with corporate positioning and business strategies. This will include branding, public relations, media relations, marketing planning, production of marketing materials and collaterals, advertising and sponsorship, event management, investment literacy and digital marketing. The detailed responsibilities are:

- Support Head of Marketing in developing marketing plans that ensure the use and integration of all aspects of the marketing mix in line with corporate positioning and business strategies.
- Support Head of Marketing in the delivery of all branding and tactical marketing plans to align with the overall business strategy.
- Maintain the integrity of Schroders brand both internally and externally when executing marketing programmes and public relation initiatives. Ensure compliance with global branding guidelines.
- Support Head of Marketing to develop and implement overall digital marketing strategy; including content strategy.
- Support the Head of Marketing to implement the public relations strategy. This includes building relationships with media and liaising with internal spokespersons.
- Management and production of marketing materials, marketing collateral and event for distributors and investors. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Support the Head of Marketing to implement investment literacy and inclusion strategy in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Responsible for day-to-day budget and procurement management for marketing department
- Responsible for day-to-day documentation in marketing department, including those related to internal/group policy and regulator.
- Adhoc Task/project as assigned
- Develop relationship and liaise with regional and/or global team to carry out the function as mentioned above.

**Essential Skills**
- Bachelor Degree in management/marketing/business/digital marketing or relevant related fields
- Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in finance/capital market industry for marketing & communication and/or digital marketing functions
- A good understanding of Indonesia financial and capital market industry, especially investment and asset management area
- Good knowledge of digital marketing (including Social Media Management, SEO, SEM, Paid Media, digital perfomance analysis, site management)
- Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency
- Desire to work in a team-oriented multi-location environment
- Good project & time management
- Eager learner and able to work in a fast-paced environment (including technology related)
- Strong problem solving and analytical thinking
- Good communication skill, positive work attitude and people oriented
- Computer skill in Microsoft Office (incl: Word, PPT, Excel, Publisher), Adobe
- Holding an active WMI or WAPERD licence will be an advantage
