**Main Responsibilities**
- Responsible for hosting live streams in Tiktok with a duration of 4 hours/day and 5 days/week
- Plan and execute livestream plan (script and content)
- Master product knowledge of Love, Bonito’s products to be promoted in the live stream and manage product displays
- Create engaging content for livestream sessions, including product demonstrations, Q&A sessions and interactive engagement with the audience
- Analyse livestream performance metrics, viewer engagement data and sales conversion rates to identify areas for improvement and optimise livestream strategies
- Pay attention to the trend of livestreaming & short video industry,
- Achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets as a contribution to driving revenue
- Create livestream sales report

**Requirements**:
**Requirements & Experiences**:

- Female, education SMK/D3/S1, minimum age 18 years old
- Previous experience as a livestream host (preferably in the fashion industry)
- Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies specifically for livestream including product promotions, flash sales, cross selling and upselling techniques
- Understand and embody Love, Bonito branding persona
- Believe in Love, Bonito’s vision to empower women
- Good English communication skills
- Have good sales skills and have field control ability in Lives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with viewers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Flexibility to adapt to changing live streaming trends, audience preferences, and emerging technologies, along with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during livestream sessions.
- Have basic data analysis capabilities, be sensitive to numbers, and can review after each live stream
- Skilled in operating the Tiktok system, tracking various problems in the live room, being patient and careful.
