We are looking for new team member to strengthen our Commercial Agency to provide expert support, advice and consultancy services in **office/retail **and/or **industrial **projects to our clients, whether they want to lease, buy, invest or sell their space/property.
**Responsibilities**
- Generate new clients and listings/inquiry for project pipelines by canvasing, cold calling, attend networking events and other sources
- Promote company’s property listings/inquiries and pursuing new buyer/tenant prospects, negotiating deals until successful closings.
- Achieve sales targets set by team leader and contribute to business growth plan.
- Complete other necessary tasks and supports as assigned by management, including site inspections, prepare presentations/proposals and reports for new business pitches and existing project appointments.
- Expected to be able to assist clients in problem solving related to lease transaction and to negotiate commercial terms and condition between clients and landlord.
- Assist client in preparing SPA/lease documents including building particulars, map, negotiation strategy and SPA/lease summary.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum Diploma in any major
- Minimum 2 years experience in generating new clients
- Minimum 2 years of experience in securing commercial projects (office and/or industrial) or lease occupation for client. Experience in handling foreign clients will be an advantage.
- Having experience in handling property transaction for clients is a MUST.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially English.
- Persistent, high-initiative and result-oriented.
