Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated Technician / Planner to join our Project Delivery Group (PDG) in Jakarta. The 4D Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining the Synchro 4D plan and model simulation. The Power BI Reporting Analyst must have extensive experience in use of Power BI to integrate data from various project systems to generate project dashboards and interactive reports. They also need experience in dealing with contractors and clients. They will also be required to maintain the Power BI integration models to support project reporting and analysis.
- Analysing the data from various project systems and work with the functional teams to develop Power BI dashboards and reports for the project team
- Provide feedback to the project team to improve data integrity and quality
- Maintain data updates and modifications to reports as required to provide the periodic reporting for the project teams
- Identify deviations from the project plans and provide mitigation strategies

**You will bring to the role**:

- Engineering or Business degree or equivalent related experience
- Strong relevant experience in a project environment with detailed understanding of project reporting requirements for project functions
- Broad understanding of Design, Procurement and Construction Management functions
- Broad business acumen including risk assessment and management
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated organisational skills, and the ability to multi-task, prioritise, take direction, and provide direction to others ensuring the quality of deliverables
- Excellent safety awareness

**Preferred**
- Good knowledge of project management principles
- Experience in project controls
