Implement effective retail engagement strategies.
- Manage customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives.
- Drive sales volume, enhance consumer engagement, and achieve volume growth.
- Monitor and assess sales programs and trade marketing activities for effectiveness.
- Cultivate strong relationships with both General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) stakeholders.
- Deliver & deploy program enhancement to support sales programs and trade marketing activities for effectiveness
- Spearhead the establishment and nurturing of partnerships with wholesalers, distributors, and othe key stakeholders.
- Implement a process-driven approach to B2B activities.
- At least 4 years of working experience in related to retail coach, preferable from FMCG, cosmetic, cigarette or e-cigarette industry
- Bachelor's or Diploma's Degree from all major
- Having excellent skills in public speaking, communicating and presenting
- Willing to work mobile around Indonesia
