Get to know the role:
As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you are responsible to lead Talent Acquisition team and ensure a smooth and high quality process of sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees in Wall Street English head office and/or centers. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to understand the business model, culture, and direction of the business and to then proactively help define and drive the business from a talent management perspective. You will also need to have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with management leaders, across borders and internal matrix.
Job Highlights:
- Fulfilling hiring targets as per annual manpower plan.
- Recruiting, interviewing and conducting onboarding for new hires.
- Conducting employer branding activities internally and externally (job fair, campus fair, etc).
- Performing recruitment related administrative tasks (proposal to hire, offer letter, employment agreement, onboarding).
The Day-to-Day Activities:
- Manage the end to end recruitment process and ensure the fulfillment of vacant position with high calibre talents.
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
- Participate in developing organisational guidelines and procedures.
- Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
- Promote and manage Employer Branding and Employee Engagement initiatives.
- Design job descriptions and job scopes, including interview questions and job advertisements for various channels.
- Ensure the smooth process in conducting and managing the onboarding process, including the training program and employee experience journey for their first 3 or 6 months.
- Deep understanding of HRIS & HR Database system to gather and analyse data with useful metrics.
- Manage employee relations internally and externally.
The Must Haves:
- Proven experience as Talent Acquisition Manager for more than 5 years, preferably from the HeadHunter companies.
- Proven track record and achievement in hiring both sales and non sales positions from staff level up to upper level management.
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods and act as a point of contact for talents until on board.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and English language proficiency is a must.
- Deep understanding of HR Management practices, including Talent Acquisition strategies and execution, as well as Talent Operations, maintaining zero error and a basic understanding of Employee and Industrial relations.
- Good leadership skill, creative, high initiave, as well as being agile with working cultures, including keen to learn business acumen and business process.
- Have experience working in a dynamic multicultural environment and enjoy learning about their cultures.
- Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Show a "can do" and "say yes" attitude.
