**JOB QUALIFICATION**:
**Requirements**:

- Minimum D3/S1 Management, ANT/ATT III
- Has experience 2 - 5 years
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Willing to visit the vessel
- Required Knowledge and Skill(s): shipping knowledge, training & development knowledge, administration skill, computer literate
- Have achievement orientation, customer service orientation, continuous improvement, interpersonal relationship, able to analyze issue and use sound judgment, planning organizing, business process understanding, teamwork & cooperation, work efficiently, interpersonal persuasiveness ability, and coordination
