Junior Business Development Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- You will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. You will play a key role in increasing the number of stores by generating leads, qualifying prospects, attending demo meetings, and closing sales of SIRCLO Store products using a low-touch model.
- Actively and successfully manage the complete sales process; lead generation, credentials pitch, answer enquiries, provide a solution pitch, negotiate, close deals and handover users to the onboarding team.
- Build strong and reliable weekly, monthly and quarterly leads forecasts that are aligned with the company targets.
- Accurately record all interactions with leads and track the progress of the sales stages in the CRM system.
- Actively participate within the team in achieving a collective target as well as maintaining personal targets.
**Requirements**:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree from any major.
- Have at least 1 year of work experience, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Possess the ability to learn and sell solutions to SMEs clients using the low-touch model, and liaise with technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Be teachable and open to evolving best practices as well as feedback, as a means of continuous improvement.
- Be consistent at delivering results with perseverance, humility, and a positive outlook in the face of challenges and pressure.
- Demonstrate drive, passion and agility in a dynamic environment.
- Have a self-starter, self-disciplined, and target-focused personality.
- Apt in working with software and technology platforms, especially CRM and Google Suite.
- Possess strong communication skills as you will interact with clients and senior management.
