Key Responsibilities
- Contact KOLs to gather rates, availability, and estimated timelines based on the assigned scope of work (SOW).
- Regularly follow up with KOLs to ensure content is aligned with the brief and submitted on time. Ensure deadlines are met and communicate solutions for any potential challenges.
- Work closely with planners, data analysts, and vendors to ensure they understand the brief and KPIs. Proactively promote Dentsu Influence services.
- Problem Solving & Insight Collection: Address any obstacles that arise in the KOL process, find effective solutions, and ensure performance insights are collected and provided on time. Collaborate with the Client Service team to analyze KOL content performance.
- Contribute to creative, performance-driven marketing campaigns that engage the target audience.
- Provide KOL lists based on the weightage mix created by KOL planners and ensure implementation.
- Oversee KOL-led campaigns for alcohol and cigarette brands and supervise events during non-business hours if necessary.
- Communicate campaign guidelines clearly to KOLs and address any queries they have regarding the campaigns or projects.

- Able to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines while ensuring content quality and alignment with the brief.
- Demonstrated ability to identify challenges and provide timely solutions.
- A passion for influencer marketing, with an understanding of how KOLs can drive brand success.
