Tasks

**YOUR TASKS - WHAT TO EXPECT**:

- You act as the central interface between the CAD team in Austria and Indonesia
- You support the team on site in Jakarta in the field of mechanical design and handling of the assigned tasks
- You develop and build up the CAD team in Indonesia
- You are a specialist in 3D/2D design and pass on your knowledge to your colleagues
- You are responsible for the correct execution of the components in terms of production and assembly and you carry out the tests personally
- You optimize the constructions in terms of costs, deadlines and quality

**Requirements**:
**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Diploma in mechanical engineering (HTL, FH or simular)
- At least 3 years professional experience in mechanical design
- CAD software knowledge (Solid Edge or simular) is an advantage
- Awareness of deadlines, costs and quality
- Good communication skills and understanding of other cultures
- Structured, pragmatic and independent way of working
- Motivation and teamwork
- Good English and German knowledge
- Management skills and international experience would be an advantage
- Quarterly meetings in Austria

If you decide to support our team in Indonesia as a mechanical engineer for at least 24 month, we will organize your move to Indonesia with you after 3-months training in Niederranna (relocation) and support you in finding a long-term solution.

After the 24 months, you can decide whether you want to extend your stay or you want to return to Austria to join the team in Niederranna.

For the position, we offer a minimum salary of EUR 3.500 gross (approx. IDR 58 million) and 25 days of vacation per year. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, there is a willingness to overpay. You will receive a local contract and will be paid accordingly in Indonesian Rupiah.
