**Main Responsibilities**:
Run research operations, responding to and resolving questions to help the research projects run effectively. In the process, ResOps will work closely with other researchers in R&I function as well as people from other departments to ensure the research process is effective and efficient. ResOps is also responsible to ensure that all the research projects are following the guideline in order for researchers to deliver high-quality research products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Run research operations, responding to and resolving questions to help the research projects run efficiently
- Help develop the research operational guideline to standardize and accelerate the research delivery
- Manage the respondents' recruitment, screening, scheduling, and compensating (whenever applicable)
- Advocating the users' insights into the organization through various channels
- Help to measure and track the impact of the research on product or business initiatives

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years in research or project management
- Self-starter and able to work independently
- Good project management skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Has an interest in advocating for customers' voice
- Value process efficiency and love working collaboratively with other people
