WE ARE LOOKING FOR.....

Responsible for executing transformation initiatives in relation to either a major activity such as a merger or acquisition or the ongoing improvement of effectiveness and efficiency of an AIA entity, a function, or a department
- Oversee the planning and implementation of transformation initiatives and processes
- Coordinate all aspects of a diverse, multi-disciplinary transformation project which may involve multiple functions and / or departments within AIA
- Manage the change process
- Coordinate staff to resolve project issues
- Establish and execute necessary governance to manage the transformation projects
- Engage relevant PICs and stakeholders to drive execution of transformation plan
- Develop insights and reporting to local LBU and GO according to business and project requirement
- Manage overall budget and business case of transformation
