LITIGATION OFFICER

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide support to manage dispute settlement for all AKR business units.
- Conduct pre-claim investigation, legal research, and initial case & claims assessment
- Draft pleadings & motion documents to be filed in court.
- Conduct interview and establish chronology of facts.
- Liaise between trial teams and internal/external third parties.
- Provide assistance & guidance to all business units for case settlements.
- Produce monthly case progress summary report.
- Manage all documentation filings for all litigation case.
- Provide support to minimize or prevent potential litigation risks & services needed by business legal process

**QUALIFICATION**:
1. Bachelor Degree in Law
2. Min. 1-2 years of working experiences in litigation function
3. Proven comparable law firm experiences
4. Excellent negotiation and communications skills
5. Good knowledge of laws and regulation
