**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
1. Research and recommend factory locations in Jabodetabek.

2. Plan and manage production workflow, manpower, and materials.

3. Source and evaluate suppliers for raw materials, components, and machinery.

4. Develop cost-saving strategies to optimize production.

5. Coordinate with local and overseas suppliers.

6. Establish operational procedures and inventory management systems.

7. Oversee factory layout planning and worker recruitment.

8. Manage the Bill of Materials (BOM) for production.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, Engineering, and/or similar fields.

2. Previous experience in PPIC, Manufacturing, Purchasing, QC, or similar fields are preferred.

3. Proficient oral and written communication in English.

4. Attention to detail.

5. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
