We are looking for an AVP of Retail who would lead our employee financing business, including products such as employee loans and device ownership program. The goal of developing channel partners is to help Modalku reach SMEs in need of financing at scale via these partners, as well as to book fast growing companies as our clients. This role will require you to collaborate with senior and mid-level counterparts of our partners and clients as well as colleagues from various departments.
- Lead our employee financing business, including products such as employee loans and device ownership program
- Lead a small but growing team in partnerships, activation and operations
- Collaborate closely with other teams such as credit, collections, product, technology, and other business units to achieve win-win outcomes

**Requirements**:

- Min. 7 years working experience
- Min. 2 years experience managing a team
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in sales and/or partnerships
- Experience with either employee loans, consumer financing and/or employee tech/software products is a must
