Job Overview

This role involves performing activities related to handling lawsuits/disputes/legal claims, starting from managing and refining strategies in case handling. You will assist in facilitating the legal case handling process and provide legal advice to related work units in the field of litigation to resolve legal disputes.

Critical Tasks

  • Conduct thorough research on complex legal issues to provide sound legal advice
  • Draft and review various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Support the preparation and presentation of cases in court
  • Organize case files, documents, and evidence effectively
  • Communicate with stakeholders to gather information and provide updates

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in litigation
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law is required
  • Familiarity with litigation procedures, rules of evidence, and court procedures is essential
  • A strong understanding of legal software and technology, including document management systems
  • PERADI Membership Card is mandatory, along with 3+ years of registration as a member
  • Proficient in Procedural Law and accustomed to handling Criminal and Civil cases
  • Ability to travel for business trips is necessary
