Job Summary:
Glints seeks an experienced Financial Director to lead our financial management system and ensure efficient operations and compliance with company policies and local regulations. As a key member of the team, you will oversee daily financial accounting, conduct regular cost analysis and management, and coordinate audits and tax inspections.

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with at least 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably with familiarity in Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and customs policies. Candidates with internationally recognized accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA) and experience in SAP systems are preferred. Proficiency in Chinese is mandatory, and good English communication skills are also required.

Main Responsibilities:
- Establish and improve the financial management system
- Oversee daily financial accounting, including bookkeeping, budget preparation, and financial reporting
- Conduct regular cost analysis and management, offering suggestions for resource optimization and efficiency improvement
- Coordinate and handle domestic and international audits and tax inspections, ensuring compliance
- Monitor key financial indicators to support factory budgeting and financial planning

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, financial management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in financial management
- Familiarity in Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and customs policies
- Internationally recognized accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA) and experience in SAP systems preferred
- Proficiency in Chinese mandatory; good English communication skills preferred
- Strong team management, data analysis, and problem-solving skills required
- Ability to adapt to multicultural working environments and perform well under pressure
