Job Profile:

We are seeking a results-driven Head of Foundation to lead the foundation's operations for our client, a prominent beauty industry brand in Malang.

  • This role involves developing and implementing the foundation's strategic plan.
  • The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the foundation, including programs, operations, and finances.
  • This includes managing relationships with the Board of Directors, donors, and community partners.
  • The ideal candidate must ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to set a clear vision.
