Procurement Strategist

Talent Hunts Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Strategist to develop and implement procurement strategies that drive business growth and improve service levels.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the FMCG industry and be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Create and execute procurement plans to enhance bottom-line performance and service delivery.
• Lead the Procurement function, encompassing Category Management, Procurement Operations (Source-to-Pay), and Procurement CoE.
• Monitor team performance and manage key performance indicators.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within the FMCG industry.
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Ability to develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable contract terms and pricing from suppliers.
• Capacity to evaluate supplier performance, conduct audits, and manage relationships.
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with sales, marketing, finance, and logistics teams.
