The Role Summary

This role offers the opportunity to lead a team of professionals and drive operational excellence in the smelting process. As the Refining and Metallurgy Head, you will oversee the entire smelting operation, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with environmental regulations.

• Oversee the daily operations of the smelting facility, including managing personnel and resources.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in smelting operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the mining industry.
• Strong knowledge of nickel smelting processes and technologies.
• Proven track record of managing large teams and driving operational excellence.
