Hotel Management Position in Sumatra Region

We are seeking a seasoned Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel in the Sumatra area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring seamless execution of our branded service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hotel Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the hotel, including managing staff, optimizing cost control, and maintaining property integrity.
• Performance Evaluation and Development: Regularly assess direct reports' performance, develop their skills, and foster a culture of excellence within the hotel.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with guests, hotel owners, and corporate office stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and achieve mutual goals.

Requirements:

• Degree and Experience: Hold a minimum Diploma degree and possess at least 2-3 years of experience as a Hotel Manager, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Location and Finance: Be familiar with the Sumatra region and have experience in finance, particularly in the local market.
• Linguistic Skills: Demonstrate fluency in English language.

Compensation Package: We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000-80,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
